Those who have contemplated the idea of achieving a state of thoughtlessness will relate to this. One of my teachers once shared a remarkable experience with me - he woke up one beautiful morning with an entirely empty mind. I was fascinated by this concept and decided to replicate his feat. To my amazement, I succeeded, and let me tell you, it's incredibly liberating!

This state is when you shut off the interpretations of reality and simply absorb it entirely, unfiltered, without judgments, assessments, or any mental screens. Our judgments, opinions, and thoughts give people, objects, and events the shape and substance dictated by our egos' filters, often having little to do with the true essence. We like something, we accept it; we dislike something, and we begin to deny it, turn away, suppress, or argue with reality. But when you perceive life directly, bypassing the surface-level judgmental mechanism (or even passing through it), life reveals its true nature and depth. It becomes clear why various meditative and mindfulness practices aim to disconnect from the thinking process. Stopping it is impossible, but disconnecting from it is entirely feasible.

Then, every moment of this beautiful life brings an incredible sense of satisfaction and even bliss, regardless of whether you're doing something "exciting" or mundane daily tasks. Everything becomes intriguing and captivating! You turn into a child-explorer, eagerly investigating the world and looking at everything with enthusiasm as if it were new and unexplored. Familiar people, ordinary objects, and routine events all take on the allure of "new."

Don't misunderstand; I'm not against thinking processes altogether. They are necessary and important, but you should use them wisely: to enhance your life and your perception of the world, rather than allowing anxiety, irritation, or non-acceptance to pull you away from fully experiencing the present moment, being "here and now."
