Emotional Clarity
Not everyone realizes that our brain is a vast chemical laboratory, producing hormones of happiness and love (serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins, and the like) or hormones of fear and stress (cortisol, adrenaline, and so on).
But have you ever thought about who is in control of this laboratory?...
Not everyone realizes that our brains are like vast chemical laboratories producing hormones of either happiness and love (serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins, and more) or fear and stress (cortisol, adrenaline, and others). Have you ever thought about who is in control of this laboratory? Most people let their thoughts and emotions take full control of their lives and behaviors. They allow anger, resentment, and irritation to ruin their mood and affect those around them. This, my dear friends, is known as emotional toxicity and recklessness.

The Magic Pill
A friend of mine learned that the production of cortisol is regulated by the endocrine system and wrote, "It's probably time to see a good endocrinologist because I can't control this process." This is a standard reaction - to rush to the doctor to get some kind of magic pill prescribed, just to avoid taking responsibility by saying, "I can't control it." Folks, it's not about taking pills; it's about working with your own brain, ceasing to produce negative emotions, reactions, and thoughts. It's not an easy process, but it's entirely achievable with some effort. I know from personal experience. I sat on antidepressants for over 20 years until I realized it wasn't the solution.

You've Upset Me
Your toxic emotions are entirely your choice and your responsibility. You have allowed YOUR negative thoughts to spoil your mood and set your anger free. Do you genuinely believe that your loved ones had the intention to upset you? If you do, then it's highly likely that you are constantly angering people without reason and judging them based on yourself. I know this because I was trapped in these misconceptions for a very long time.

You Don't Care About My Opinion
Any opinion, by definition, is a lie, an interpretation of your mind based on very limited information and filtered through a huge number of your PERSONAL filters. It often has no relation to real facts or a specific person. It's your imagination about reality, and by definition, it can't be the truth. So why should I consider false interpretations of your delusional imagination? If someone wants to learn more about this, I can recommend many books and videos on this topic (some of them are listed at the end of the post).

You Don't Love/Accept Me
We often think that if someone doesn't want to listen to our opinions, judgments, interpretations, or doesn't agree with our negative thoughts, it means they don't accept us for who we are. Carrying your negativity (emotional toxins) is equivalent to bringing a pot of your own excrement to someone's house and saying, "This is all I am, either accept me entirely or you don't love me." In fact, you're continually throwing your negativity in their face and imposing your views. This is what's called a lack of love and acceptance for your fellow human, as you're not accepting them for who they are: people with different life views.

I too was toxic at some point, but at some moment, I woke up and stopped pouring my negativity on others. Eventually, I removed this negativity from my system altogether. I MANAGED to adjust the activity of my brain lab so that it just doesn't produce hormones that lead to irritation and resentment, but instead, it easily produces hormones of happiness, love, and creativity!!! If anyone's interested in how I, as well as countless others working on themselves, managed this, I can recommend some resources below.

  1. An article and video about escaping the victim and suffering paradigm.
  2. A lecture on brain function control.
  3. A lecture (in English) by one of my teachers, the renowned spiritual teacher Harish, about our interpretations of reality that lead to a negative perception.
  4. "Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can Change Your Life" - a book by the world-famous spiritual leader Byron Katie on managing negative thoughts and emotions.

Life without negativity is incredibly pure, light, and magnificent. It's within your power to achieve this. I can speak from personal experience. I wish happiness and love to all.
